1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests, together with the lease of analysers for the aforementioned tests. 2. The subject of the contract must comply with the requirements of the Purchaser as described in the SWZ and with the applicable laws in Poland. Furthermore, the subject of the contract must have the CE marking, declarations of conformity, certificates, and registration certificates if required by law. Medical devices must additionally have certificates of approval for sale and use in Polish healthcare facilities. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, along with the required parameters and the quantitative requirements, is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price Form and Annex 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.
