The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers to ensure transport services in accordance with Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on regions, as amended, and Section 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public services in the transport of passengers and amending other acts, as amended, in the South Moravian Region.
