This contract concerns: The works mainly consist of (non-exhaustive list): - the demolition of the reinforced concrete slab under track A - L27A above the carriageway of the bridges over Luitenant Naeyaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat; - the demolition of the reinforced concrete arches under track B - L27A above the carriageway of the bridges over Luitenant Naeyaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat; - the demolition and reconstruction of the public domain and roadway, the temporary roadway works; - the construction of the new reinforced concrete bridge over Luitenant Naeyaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat, and their connecting retaining walls (L27A); - the breaking up and laying of tracks as part of the works (L27A) as well as the laying of a siding on the former station domain in Antwerpen-Oost; - the renewal of the tracks (rails, sleepers, ballast and service paths) as indicated on the layout plans; - the adaptation of overhead lines as part of the works (L27A), in particular the demolition of pole 57/56 on the bridge over Luitenant Naeyaertplein, the adaptation of the affected crossbeam, the shifting of the overhead line (with all accessories such as support cables, earthing, etc.) out of the necessary work zone of the contractor, the placing of a new pole 57/56N with associated crossbeam, the replacement of the overhead line in position and re-tensioning where necessary; - the relocation of the 2 fibre optic cables (attached to the overhead line poles side track B of L27A) out of the necessary work zone of the contractor; - various cable works as part of the works; - the laying of a new drainage system, the restoration of the water management; - the renovation of the masonry part of the viaduct of the bridges over Luitenant Naeyaertplein and Oudstrijdersstraat (L12); - the conservation of, and the application of a waterproofing on, the metal track decks over the Stenenbrug and the Turnhoutsebaan (L27A); - the reinforcement of the web plates of the main girders of the metal track decks over the Stenenbrug and the Turnhoutsebaan (in L27A); - the conservation of the historical parapets on the Stenenbrug and the Turnhoutsebaan, with consoles and other structural service paths (in L12 and L27A); - the restoration and protection of the concrete landheads and piers of the Stenenbrug and the Turnhoutsebaan (in L12 and L27A); - the application of a waterproofing on the bridge over the Statielei (L27A); - the restoration of watertight joints on the bridge over the Damplein (L12 + L27A); - the renovation of the masonry structures and concrete repairs on the bridge over the Damplein (L12 + L27A); - the renewal of the signalling system of L27A; - the restoration of sites and roadways to their original state; In this contract, tenderers must state their CO²-ambition level based on a CO²-performance ladder, whereby they can be rewarded for their efforts to reduce CO²-emissions by gaining an advantage in the ranking of the tenders.
