Romania – Repair and maintenance services of transformers – Reparație autotransformator 200MVA, 231/121/10,5kV, fabricat de Electroputere, seria 143178/2016, din stația 400/220/110/20kV Bradu

The procurement of services for the repair of the autotransformer 200/200/60MVA, 231/121/10,5kV, manufactured by Electroputere, series 143178/2016, from the 400/220/110/20kV Bradu station, in a specialised repair workshop, in accordance with the technical requirements requested in the Terms of Reference. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows: - on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the call for participation and - on the 11th calendar day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set, in accordance with art. 29 paragraph (3) of HG 394/2016. The contracting entity will not consider requests for clarification submitted after the deadline set above or submitted through any other means of communication than that established in the call for participation.
