Czechia – Construction work – Gymnázium Brno, Řečkovice – rekonstrukce školní budovy

The reconstruction of the school building of "Gymnázium Brno, Řečkovice" (hereinafter also referred to as the "construction") consists of:

a) reconstruction of the existing school building - implementation of extensions for catering facilities and changing rooms, insulation of the building, structural modifications of the catering facilities and related modifications of the school's entrance area, while maintaining the school's normal operation, with the understanding that the internal spaces of the building affected by the construction will be vacated by the operator for the execution of construction work,

b) the use of the BIM method, including the processing of digital building models at the level of documentation of the actual construction implementation (DSPS), providing cooperation in the preparation and updates of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and the use of a common data environment (hereinafter "CDE") provided by the contracting authority for the purpose of storing, managing and sharing information, all in accordance with the BIM protocol and its annexes No. 2.1-2.3 (part of annex No. 2 of the tender documentation - commercial conditions),

c) representation of the contracting authority in the commissioning process and ensuring the issuance of commissioning decisions or approvals, and possibly other decisions/approvals related to the subject of the public procurement, and possibly ensuring the permit for the change of the construction before its completion and representation of the contracting authority in the process of change of the construction before its completion.
