The partial reconstruction / energy-efficient modernisation of the building at Universitätsstraße 78 in Bochum is planned. For the dismantling / renovation of the partial areas, an indicative hazardous substance assessment was carried out by the Consulting-Büro Frieg GmbH, Bochum (CBF) in coordination with the architectural firm to ensure planning reliability and cost optimisation. Based on the results and the floor plans provided by the planner, a renovation concept was created, which serves as the basis for the subsequent bill of quantities.
