The quantities, characteristics and technical-user parameters of the order subject are specified in Appendices 1, 5, 5a and 9 and Appendix 2-5 (SET OF REQUIRED TECHNICAL USER PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION OF THE ORDER SUBJECT for task 5) to the specification of the order conditions (SWZ). 4. The quantities in Appendix 9 are indicative. The orderer will successively, as needs arise, each time determine the size of the order (type and quantity of articles to be delivered). 5. The contractor will not demand the realization of the full quantity of the order subject described in Appendix 9, nor will he demand compensation from the orderer for this, with the reservation that the orderer will use no less than 50% of the assortment.
