Objektiga on on the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, which will be used to procure commonly available goods intended to support administrative and office activities, the need for which arises continuously during the system's operation and the exact scope, quantity, and composition of which are not known in advance, and this in accordance with the principles of economy, efficiency, equal treatment, non-discrimination and transparency according to the ZVO. The office supplies procured through this dynamic purchasing system include, but are not limited to, the following groups of goods:

• office paper of various formats and grammages (e.g. A4, A3 formats),

• writing and drawing supplies for administrative activities (e.g. pens, pencils, highlighters, markers),

• archival, binding, and organizational aids (e.g. binders, euroboxes, trays, dividers, registers),

• adhesive, joining, and binding office supplies (e.g. adhesive tapes, adhesive pins, staplers, hole punches),

• envelopes, postal, and packaging materials (e.g. envelopes of various formats, bubble envelopes, packaging paper),

• office accessories and accessories used in daily administrative activities (e.g. trays, writing pads, stands, correction aids),

• other goods of a similar nature that are commonly used in administrative, office, or official activities and that are comparable in nature to the above-mentioned assortment.

The inclusion of a specific item in the subject matter of individual contracts awarded under the dynamic purchasing system will always be based on the current needs of the public procurer and the involved subjects. The exact specification of the subject matter of individual contracts, including the place of delivery, delivery deadlines and other conditions of fulfilment, will be indicated in the relevant partial call for tenders in the context of the awarding of a specific contract. In the event that a specific contract is co-financed from the funds of the European Union, the call for tenders will also contain information on the conditions of the provider of the financial resources. The detailed specification of the subject matter of the contract in the individual partial calls within the established DNS may include requirements for socially responsible public procurement and environmental characteristics.
