NorraKirjeldus
Rahvusvahelise lepingu eesmärk on määrata üldised tingimused, mille alusel ostja ostab ICT-vara, lisavarustust ja kaasnevaid teenuseid pakkujalt lepingu kehtivuse ajal. Rahvusvahelise lepingu reguleerib SSA-R ja lisad. Individuaalsed ostud toimuvad raames lepingu ulatuses ja reguleeritakse SSA-K ja lisadega. Ostud tähendavad tellimust lepingu raames. Lepingu eesmärk on ICT-vara, lisavarustuse ja kaasnevate teenuste ost ja toimetamine, nagu on täpsustatud nõudmise kirjelduses.
