The European Commission, Directorate-General for International Partnerships, is organising a call for tenders for the evaluation and capitalisation of the EU APV FLEGT programme. The purpose of the contract is to evaluate the results and impact of the EU APV FLEGT programme and to capitalise on the lessons learned during its implementation. The evaluation will cover the period from 2018 to 2023 and will include an analysis of the programme's achievements, challenges and best practices. The capitalisation will focus on the development of tools and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of future FLEGT-related interventions. The contract will be awarded to a consortium of experts with proven experience in forest governance, sustainable forest management, and programme evaluation. The place of performance is Brussels, Belgium. The estimated value of the contract is 200 000 EUR. The deadline for submission of tenders is 18.09.2023.
