Avis on the establishment of a single-operator framework agreement. The present notice concerns a defence or security contract entitled "Maintenance of simulators for the benefit of the Marine nationale's land units". It includes: -a firm part; -a part with order forms in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code; -a part for the supply of goods or services to meet any technical uncertainties in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code. The present publication concerns only a call for tenders. The tender dossier will be sent later and only to the candidates admitted to tender. Description of the supply or services: -Firm part: services related to the availability and MCO (preventive and corrective) of simulators, initial obsolescence diagnostics and identified obsolescence treatments. -Bar part: services or supplies on a pre-established scale, such as simulator expertise, additional MCO quarters, supply and replacement of components (hardware, software and peripherals).
