Zamowitel on the subject of the order are forestry services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering nursery management works to be carried out in the area of the Krotoszyn Forest District, at the Kuklinów forest nursery in 2027. The material scope of the subject of the order includes the summary quantities of nursery management works resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 2. The material scopes are of an indicative nature. The quality standards relate to all parts of the order and are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes part 3 "Description of the subject of the order" of the Order Conditions Specification and Annexes Part No. 2. The material scopes listed in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the principles provided for in classical orders with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The place of implementation of the subject of the order ("Implementation Area") will be the area of the Kuklinów forest nursery and the area of the Krotoszyn Forest District. Due to the actual natural-weather situation, which may arise during the implementation of the subject of the order, as well as the economic situation, which is not foreseen at this point in time, the Orderer reserves the right, in justified cases, to make reducing corrections, increasing corrections, to set new locations, as well as to suspend the performance of the activities indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing corrections do not mean the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the order, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the works. They should be understood as an increase in the quantity of works in one location (forest address) in the Implementation Area (including also in locations in the Implementation Area not initially indicated in the SWZ), with a simultaneous reduction in the quantity of works in another location (forest address) in the Implementation Area, within the summary quantities of individual works included in the scope of the Contract specified in the SWZ, falling to be carried out in the entire Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the order being implemented in the course of the implementation of the subject of the order may also arise in order to implement the full scope of works described in the subject of the order. The establishment of a new location takes place within the subject of the order, however, always exclusively in the Implementation Area.
