Zamowienie on the subject of the provision of personal and property protection services in the buildings of the Izba Administracji Skarbowej in Opolskie, local alarm system monitoring services (via telephone lines) in accordance with the law of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Dz. U. of 2025, item 532, with later amendments), consisting of: 1) permanent physical protection, 2) immediate physical protection, 3) monitoring of the burglary and robbery alarm system with the operation of an intervention group, 4) monitoring of the fire alarm system, 5) key assistance.

The procedure for awarding a public contract for social services and other special services is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender, as referred to in art. 132 in conjunction with art. 359 (1) of the law of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (i.e. Dz. U. of 2026, item 793, with later amendments). The contracting authority informs that in this procedure it applies the simplified procedure, referred to in art. 360 of the Pzp, provided for social services and other special services. Acting under art. 360 of the Pzp, the contracting authority does not apply: the provisions related to the obligation to submit a declaration, referred to in art. 125 (1) of the Pzp, on the form of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), nor the provisions regarding minimum deadlines for submitting tenders, setting the deadline for submitting tenders with regard to the time necessary for the preparation and submission of tenders.
