Zamowlenie on object is the supply of medical equipment - 5 tasks. The public procurement procedure is conducted in connection with the implementation of the project entitled „Uniwersyteckie Centrum Ambulatoryjnej Opieki Specjalistycznej – optymalizacja piramidy świadczeń w woj. lubelskim poprzez rozbudowę i wyposażenie Poradni Specjalistycznych USK Nr 4 w Lublinie”, nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0051/25, implemented under the Agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0051/25-00/53/2026/84 dated 05.03.2026, within the framework of the European Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Funds 2021-2027, Priority FENX.06 Health, Action FENX.06.01 Health Protection System. The detailed requirements for the above-mentioned assortment of the order and the scope of the order are contained in the Annex No. 1.1 - 1.5 (separate xls file) and Annex No. 1.1a - 1.5a (separate word file) to this SWZ. The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place within 6 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 14.12.2026.
