The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a uniform and individually adapted residential and welfare initiative. The initiative shall include suitable housing, manpower, professional follow-up, management, stand-by and interaction with the municipality and relevant cooperation partners. The measure shall contribute to a stable and reliable housing and welfare situation, prevent crises, strengthen mastery and independence, as well as safeguard users and employees. The delivery includes fully furnished and suitable housing that is approved for the purpose and safeguards HSE and necessary security measures, as well as individually adapted follow-up, practical assistance, activity offers and coordination.
