The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of humanitarian aid transport services. The framework agreement will be concluded with several providers for a period of 48 months (4 years) with the possibility of extension up to 24 months (2 years).
