Announcement of participation, tender documents or other supplementary documents, the technical requirements defined at the level of the notice of participation, tender documents or other supplementary documents, by referring to standards, to a certain producer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/performance/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. The delivery, installation, commissioning and personal training deadline is a maximum of 90 days from the receipt of the order from the contracting authority. The delivery location of the equipment is Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Sf. SPiridon Iasi. The minimum warranty period granted to the equipment is at least 24 months from the date of final acceptance. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications is 19 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders in accordance with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law no. 98/2016.
