The European Commission, acting on behalf of the European Union, is organising a restricted procedure for the acquisition of volumetric capture equipment for the mobile studio.

The equipment will be used for the production of multimedia content for the European Commission's communication activities. The equipment will be installed in a mobile studio, which will be used for the production of videos, photos and other multimedia content. The equipment will be used to capture the volume of a person or object in 3D, allowing for the creation of immersive and interactive content.

The equipment must be able to perform the following functions:

- Capture the volume of a person or object in 3D with high precision and accuracy.

- Capture the movement of a person or object in real time.

- Integrate with other software and hardware used in the mobile studio.

- Be portable and easy to set up and dismantle.

- Have a high level of durability and reliability.

- Be compatible with the technical specifications of the mobile studio.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 500 000, excluding VAT. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value for money, taking into account the price, quality and technical specifications of the equipment.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15.01.2024.
