Poola – Vaba ajaga, spordiga, kultuuriga, majutusega ja restoranidega seotud hoonete ehitustööd – Realizacja zadania pn.: „Rewitalizacja Parku Lisiniec w Częstochowie – III etap – Budowa strefy rekreacji Pacyfik w Parku Lisiniec”, polegającego na zaprojektowaniu i wykonaniu robót dla zadania prowadzonego w systemie „zaprojektuj i buduj”.

Objekt on the order is the implementation of the task entitled: „Revitalization of Park Lisiniec in Częstochowa - Stage III - Construction of the Pacific Recreation Zone in Park Lisiniec”, consisting of designing and executing works for the task carried out in the system „design and build”. 1. The scope of the order includes the comprehensive execution of the task, including: • obtaining current maps for design purposes and carrying out necessary surveys; • detailed on-site verification of the conditions for executing the order; • performing inventory measurements (if necessary); • supplementing geological surveys of the soil base (if necessary); • obtaining all - required by law and separate regulations resulting from legal acts - technical conditions, opinions, permits, agreements and surveys necessary to prepare the design documentation and to implement the investment on the basis of the prepared documentation; • preparing and obtaining all necessary formal-legal documents as well as appropriate opinions and agreements enabling the preparation of the design documentation, obtaining a building permit and the execution of construction works; • preparing multi-disciplinary design documentation - building design, including technical; • consultations with the Purchaser at each stage of preparing the design documentation, concerning significant elements affecting the costs, function and architecture of the object; • obtaining the acceptance of the Purchaser regarding the solutions of the function and architecture of the object at each stage of preparing the documentation and before obtaining administrative decisions, including the building permit, which will be confirmed in writing by the Contract Engineer and the Purchaser; • transferring the property rights to the prepared design documentation; • other works necessary to execute the order, including preparatory works for preparing the design documentation; • obtaining a building permit with a final clause, or reporting construction works, depending on the scope of the documentation (phasing of works is allowed); • executing construction works on the basis of the prepared design documentation; • equipping the area with fixed elements, carrying out the required tests and surveys; • handing over to the Purchaser the object ready for use together with the prepared design documentation and the as-built documentation and all permits required by the relevant legal provisions, including the final decision on the permit for use. 2. Scope of the investment: The aim of the planned investment is the revitalization of the spatial-functional layout of part of Park Lisiniec in Częstochowa, while maintaining the main directions of the design activities: • demolition of the existing storage-office buildings (with the now defunct gastronomic function) and the construction of a modern building serving as the gastronomic, office and technical support for the part of the park covered by the design. At the same time, it is planned to build an additional building with a storage function, intended for storing water sports equipment; • giving a contemporary character by transforming the architectural form of the main alley leading into the park above the Bałtyk reservoir (ul. Kordeckiego) along with the modernization of the Bałtyk reservoir embankment and equipping it with new functions (fixed pier for mooring water sports equipment, paddling pool for children in the southern part); • modernization of the parking area and access roads to it; • modernization of the existing communication layout - reconstruction of existing routes and changing the course of traffic flows on the main alley; • reconstruction and expansion of the park's lighting system in order to improve safety and increase the accessibility of the park throughout the day. 3. The detailed scope of works for the entire order is presented in the Functional-Utilization Program (hereinafter: PFU), prepared by Studio V13, Aleja Armii Krajowej 53/124, 42-215 Częstochowa, constituting an annex to SWZ. III.
