Zamowlenie on the subject is the migration of the FUDO system to a virtual environment, including the delivery of a license and technical support. The detailed description and the way of executing the order is contained in the Subject Description (OPZ), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, and the Contract Template, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. The ordering party declares that, as the administrator of the data and having in mind the provisions of the law of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RODO), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by itself and giving assurance of the proper protection of personal data transmitted within the procedure. The detailed information clause from art. 13 RODO is contained in the SWZ.
