Municipiul Targoviste on 3.10.2025, nr 220426, nr. 113850/22.10.2025, in the context of the "Program for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy", "Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy" thematic area of the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Program aimed at reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union. The objective takes into account the price of public utilities (electricity, natural gas, fuel) which has been continuously increasing in recent times, consequently registering difficulties in financing current activities, as well as in managing the price of public utilities. Therefore, it is desired to reduce utility costs and decrease the degree of air, soil and water pollution, all of which contribute to improving the quality of life of the inhabitants. The positive effect anticipated through the achievement of the investment objective would lead to a reduction in operating costs, having a positive impact on budget management by UAT Municipiul Targoviste. The Targoviste Swimming Tourism Complex is located at Calea Ialomitei Street, no. 9, in Municipiul Targoviste, Dâmboviţa County and is owned and administered by UAT Municipiul Targoviste. The intra-village land belongs to the public domain of Municipiul Târgovişte according to the Land Registry no. 92953, with an area of 114.464 mp. The swimming pool on the land no. 92953 has a built-up area of 4.410 mp, an extended area of 7.582 mp. Estimated value 224.659,21 lei without VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information submitted by the economic operators, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, corroborated with art. 27 alin (3) of HG 395/2016, to the extent that these requests will be addressed within the deadline of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification will be transmitted in editable format.
