See accord on the framework agreement is for preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance and repair, as well as the performance of work on the elevators and lifting equipment in the rescue centers and administrative buildings of the Alpes-Maritimes departmental fire and rescue service. This contract aims to ensure the safety of elevator users and third parties in the vicinity of the installations, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions. In this regard, the contractor implements all the necessary measures to ensure that the equipment remains in good working order and safe. It ensures that these services are carried out in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, rules of the art, good professional practices and the recommendations of the manufacturers of the equipment in question.
