**II.1.1) Description**

The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of the terminal. The maintenance includes snow removal, salting, and de-icing. The contractor shall ensure that the terminal is accessible and safe for use at all times, even in harsh winter conditions.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one or more contractors. The framework agreement will cover a period of 4 years, with the possibility of extension for up to 2 additional years.

The contract will be awarded to the contractor who offers the best value for money. The award criteria will be based on the following:

The contracting authority reserves the right to use a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU.
