Upphandlingen avser upphandling av ett hyresavtal som tecknas med vinnande anbudssökande. Hyresavtalet ska tillgodose Polismyndighetens behov av hyresvärd samt byggherre för nybyggnation av ett nytt polishus i Strömstad. Leasing contract procurement aims to conclude a lease agreement with the winning bidder. The lease agreement will meet the needs of the Police Authority for a lessor and a developer for the new construction of a new police station in Strömstad.
