Upphandling on the total contracting of the new construction of a multi-family house on the property Borlången. The property is located within the first stage of the Årstafältet expansion. There, several construction actors together with Stockholm stad will develop new residential quarters. The customer plans to build a multi-family house in this area. The apartment building is built with an underground garage, two stairwells with five and eight floors respectively and a total of 58 apartments.
