Projekt hõlmab denkmalhoidlikku energiasaneringut ja korrashoidmist ühe dennmalhoidliku hoonega UG ja EG, 3 korrusega, ehitatud 1889. aastal. Hooned asuvad Ostbahnhofsiedlungis, Breisacher Straße 27. Projekt hõlmab kokku 11 eluruumi 679 m² elupinnaga ja 3 äriruumi 159 m² äripinnaga. Eesmärk on saavutada EH-Denkmalstandard, et tõsta hoonete energiasäästlikkust, vähendada CO2-heitmeid ja tagada elanikele pikaajalised kulude säästud. Moderniseerimistööd toimuvad elamata seisundis. Peab arvestama dennmalhoidliku moderniseerimisega, mis hoiab hoonepõhja ja tuleohutuse nõuded.

The project comprises the energetic renovation and maintenance of a listed building in the row of houses UG and EG with 3 floors from the year 1889. The buildings are located in the Ostbahnhofsiedlung, Breisacher Straße 27. The project comprises a total of 11 residential units with a living area of 679 m² and 3 commercial units with a commercial area of 159 m². The aim is to achieve an EH-Denkmal standard to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings, minimise CO2 emissions and achieve long-term cost savings for the residents. The modernisation measures are carried out in an uninhabited state. Attention must be paid to a conservation-compliant modernisation, which combines the preservation of the building substance and the requirements of fire protection.
