Zamowienie on the subject of increasing the availability of public services and the security of providing e-services in PWiK Sp. z o.o. in Olsztyn. The order has been divided into 2 parts: Part I – Delivery, implementation and configuration of computer equipment The order includes: 1) Purchase of devices and software Backoffice for e-services; Part II – Implementation of e-services and back-office solutions The order includes: 1) introduction of 3 new e-services at levels 4 and 5 of maturity (Application for notification of intention to start construction; Application for conclusion and/or termination of a water supply or sewerage contract); 2) Virtual Customer Service Office – eConsultant allows for secure transfer of sensitive data and verification of the identity of the interlocutor; 3) Creation of API water source map and provision of resources to application producers for runners, cyclists, pet owners: „CPN – Centralny Punkt Nawadniania” providing layers on the map and on the PWiK page with coordinates locating; 4) Geoportal Open Data – e-services addressed to the residents and institutions of the municipality of Olsztyn.
