Iirimaa – Aedade paigaldamine – Fencing Repair works at Ulluans and the old Kenmare Killarney National Park

**Project Description**

The works will be carried out in two locations within Killarney National Park: Derrycunihy Upper and Ulluans. The works will involve the repair of existing fencing and the installation of new fencing where necessary. The total length of the fencing to be repaired or replaced is approximately 3 500 metres.

The works will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Removal of damaged or dilapidated fencing

- Repair of existing fencing structures

- Installation of new fencing posts and rails

- Installation of new fencing wire or mesh

- Installation of new gates and gateposts where necessary

- Replacement of damaged or missing signs and markers

- Clearing of vegetation and debris from the fence line

- Disposal of waste materials generated from the works

**Tenderers are required to submit the following information in their response:**

- A detailed description of the proposed strategy and methods for the works

- A breakdown of the costs associated with the works

- A timeline for the completion of the works

- Evidence of relevant experience and expertise in similar projects

- A list of any subcontractors or suppliers that will be used for the works

- Any other relevant information that may support the tender submission

**Evaluation Criteria**

Tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Compliance with the project requirements (40%)

- Proposed strategy and methods for the works (30%)

- Cost-effectiveness (20%)

- Relevant experience and expertise (10%)

**Submission of Tenders**

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the eTenders portal (https://etenders.gov.ie) by 12:00 noon on 15th October 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.
