**The procurement involves the purchase of a sandbag filling machine on a trailer. The machine is designed to fill sandbags automatically, with a capacity of 1000 sandbags per hour. The machine should be equipped with a conveyor belt for transporting the filled sandbags to a collection point. The machine should also have a remote control system for easy operation. The machine should comply with EU safety standards and regulations. The machine should be delivered within 3 months from the date of the contract signature. The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT).**

**The procurement procedure is an open procedure. The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. The award criteria will be the most economically advantageous tender, based on the following weighted criteria: price (60%), technical merit (30%) and delivery time (10%).**

**The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the most economically advantageous tender. The contract will be for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the machine. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract for a further 12 months.**
