Het on the appointment of a study bureau for the comprehensive study of the sustainable renovation of the facades of building A and building C of the hospital campus, with a view to a qualitative, future-oriented facade appearance suitable for a hospital environment and an improvement of the internal comfort of the buildings. Explanation: The assignment concerns a government assignment for services with the object of appointing a study bureau for the execution of an integral study assignment within the framework of the sustainable renovation of the facades of building A and building C of the hospital campus. The study bureau is tasked with analyzing the existing facades and developing a well-considered and future-oriented renovation vision, resulting in a sustainable facade solution that: - has an architectural appearance that fits the function, identity and social role of the hospital; - contributes to increased internal comfort for users, with attention to, among other things, thermal comfort, acoustics, daylight and indoor climate; - focuses on sustainability, energy performance, lifespan and maintenance-friendliness; - is technically, structurally and aesthetically coherent with the existing buildings and their context. The assignment includes both the conceptual and technical study, including the formulation and substantiation of design choices, and the development of the facade concept into an executable technical dossier, including plans, details, technical specifications and estimates, in order to make the effective realization of the facade renovation possible. For this assignment, the task-setting budget for the works is 2 800 000 euro excluding VAT and excluding honoraria. The conclusion of an agreement on the basis of the present specification does not give the service provider any right of exclusivity. During the term of the agreement, performances, identical or analogous to those described in the present specification, may be carried out by other service providers. The contractor may not claim any compensation.
