Objekt on the contract is the repair and maintenance of vehicles of the MAN brand in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the category of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector and this by a professionally competent repairer who has the technical, professional, diagnostic and material equipment necessary to provide the required services for the relevant type of vehicle without replacement or with replacement of spare parts (original spare parts or spare parts approved by the public procurer) for motor vehicles with a maximum permissible total weight of more than 3500 kg in categories N1, N2, N3, their service (warranty and post-warranty), in the sense of the categorization of vehicles according to Act No. 106/2018 on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and the amendment and supplement of certain laws in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter "service services"). The service services mainly concern the service operations prescribed by the manufacturer, the exchange and maintenance of regularly worn parts, the preparation of the vehicle fleet for technical inspection in order to successfully complete the technical and emission inspection. The subject of the contract is defined in detail in Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement for Work in Section B.2 Commercial Conditions for the Supply of Contract Subject Matter.
