Belgia – Hindamise nõustamisteenused – Marché public relatif à des services pour l'élaboration de l'évaluation de la capacité de travail sur la base de la ICF

Selle leping hõlmab teenuseid, mis on seotud töövõime hindamise arendamisega invaliidsete inimeste puhul alusel International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), DG HAN-i (SPF Sécurité sociale) kasuks. Leping hõlmab praeguse hindamise praktika analüüsi, ICF multidisplinaarset hindamise vormi kohandamist DG HAN-i vajadustele ja kontekstile, selle pilootimise, samuti — kui kohustuslikud valikud — digitaalse rakendamise ettevalmistamist ja muutust juhtimist, ning lõpuks uue instrumenti hindamise ja selle kohta soovituste andmist. Teenused on kirjeldatud täpsemalt punktis 8 ja osas B (tehnilised nõuded) selle erikava juhendi.

This contract covers services related to the development of the assessment of the work capacity of disabled persons on the basis of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), for the benefit of the Directorate-General for Disabled Persons (DG HAN) of the SPF Social Security. The contract includes the analysis of the current assessment practice, the adaptation of the multidisciplinary ICF assessment form to the needs and context of the DG HAN, its pilot implementation, as well as — as mandatory options — the preparation of the digital implementation and change management, and finally the evaluation of the new instrument and recommendations regarding it. The services are described in more detail in point 8 and in part B (technical specifications) of this special tender document.
