Zamowlenie on the subject of forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – "Ustawa o lasach") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water meliorations, nursery work and meadow-agricultural management, to be carried out in the area of the Włoszakowice Forest District in 2026. 2) The subject matter of the contract covers the total quantities of work in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water meliorations, nursery work and meadow-agricultural management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of work; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of work by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works estimated using the Catalogue of labour intensity; Annex No. 2.2.3. – number of hours; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of the forestry in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment layout of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber felling; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and felling; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. 3) The subject matters compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. 4) The quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forestry work" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forestry work" Annex No. 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for carrying out work in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for carrying out work in the field of nursery management" The detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out work in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forestry work or in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for carrying out work in the field of nursery management, in specific conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forestry works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
