Kirjeldus

SKI loobib et dynamisk ostu süsteemi (siinjärel Systemet) it-toetuse ja seotud teenuste ostmiseks. See on vabatahtlik kõigile SKI klienditele, kelle nimekiri on Bilag B Kliendiliste, kui nad soovivad it-toetuste osta. Kliendilist Bilag B.1 näitab klientide ja nende organisatsioonide, kes on SKI kliendid ostukäigu ajal ja seega saavad kasutada Systemet. Siiski võib dynamiline ostusüsteem kogu Systemi kehtivuse ajal kasutada kõiki tellimusandjaid, kes on SKI kliendid konkreetse ostu avaldamise ajal. Kõik Taani riigi osad, piirkonnad ja omavalitsused, sealhulgas avalikud ettevõtted ja avalikult omandatud ettevõtted, mis on avalduspliktiga oma avaliku omaniku tõttu, saavad SKI kliendiks, allkirjastades tellimus, mis hõlmab nende organisatsiooni. Kui uued tellimusandjad saavad SKI klienditeks, siis SKI uuendab kliendilist SKI.dk ja teavitab SKI.dk, et on tehtud muudatus SKI kliendilist, mis tellimusandjad on uued kliendid SKI ja millal need saavad avaldada ostu süsteemis. Kliendilist Bilag B.1 ei uuendata ostukäigu ajal. Ainsana SKI kliendilist on avalikult kättesaadav SKI.dk. Systemet pakutakse ühe ühise kategooria ja ühe ühise objektina it-toetusteenuste jaoks. Kategooria on loodud klientide vajaduste järgi, et osta it-toetusteenuseid üle objektide teenuste. Süsteemi saab kasutada järgmise teenuste ostmiseks: 1. Pilvtoetus 2. Andmekeskuse toetus 3. Co-Location 4. Võrgu toetus 5. Rakendus toetus 6. Lõppkasutajate teenused 7. Turvateenused. Systemi objekt on täpsemalt kirjeldatud Bilag C Systemi objekt.
