**Description:** The European Commission, Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations, Directorate for Operations, Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection, Unit ECHO A3, is seeking to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of cargo services to support humanitarian aid operations. The services will include the transportation of goods and equipment by air, sea, and land, as well as storage and handling services. The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.
