Zamowlenie on the subject of forestry services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the law of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 - "Forest Law") covering work in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, and meadow-agricultural management to be carried out in the Krotoszyn Forest District in 2027. The subject matter of the order covers the total quantities of work in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, as well as the maintenance of forest facilities and roads, and meadow-agricultural management resulting from Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The subject matter scopes listed in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. The quality standards relating to all the important features of the subject matter of the order are defined in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The subject matter of the order has been divided into 4 parts ("Packages") Package I: Provision of services in the field of timber harvesting and felling, forest protection, forest cultivation, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, and fire protection in the forest districts: Smoszew, Chachalnia, Borowina, Wisławka, Bażantarnia Package II: Provision of services in the field of timber harvesting and felling, forest protection, forest cultivation, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, meadow-agricultural management, and fire protection in the forest districts: Rochy, Lila, Kuklinów, Wielki Bór Package III: Provision of services in the field of timber harvesting and felling, forest protection, forest cultivation, maintenance of forest facilities and roads, meadow-agricultural management, and fire protection in the forest districts: Miłowiec, Starylas, Sokołówka and Jelonek Package IV: Mechanical harvesting using a harvester and forwarder felling on the territory of the Krotoszyn Forest District in the forest districts: Chachalnia, Kuklinów, Wielki Bór and Wisławka. The contractor may submit a bid for one or more packages. However, a bid submitted for a given package must cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for that package. Due to the actual natural and weather conditions that may arise during the implementation of the subject matter of the order, as well as the economic situation which is not foreseen at this time, the Purchaser reserves the right, in justified cases, to make increasing corrections, decreasing corrections, to establish new locations, as well as to suspend the performance of the activities indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject matter of the order. Increasing corrections do not mean the introduction of new work not covered by the scope of the order, and decreasing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. They should be understood as an increase in the quantity of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including also in locations in the Package Implementation Area not indicated in advance in the SWZ), with a simultaneous reduction in the quantity of work in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject defined in the SWZ, to be carried out in the entire Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the order being implemented may also arise in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject matter of the order. The establishment of a new location takes place within the subject matter of the order, but always exclusively in the Package Implementation Area. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in the SWZ together with the annex to it.
