**Short description of the contract or purchase(s):** The purpose of this contract is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of computer equipment and related services. The DPS will allow the contracting authority to award contracts to qualified suppliers without the need for a new procurement procedure for each individual contract. The DPS will be open to all economic operators who meet the selection criteria and who wish to participate in the procurement of computer equipment and related services.

**Object of the contract:** The object of the contract is the supply of computer equipment and related services, including but not limited to:

- Personal computers (desktops, laptops, tablets)

- Servers and storage solutions

- Networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)

- Peripheral devices (printers, scanners, projectors)

- Software and licenses

- Maintenance and support services

**Contract duration:** The DPS will be valid for a period of 48 months from the date of its establishment. The individual contracts awarded under the DPS may have a maximum duration of 36 months.

**Information about lots:** The procurement is divided into 5 lots, as follows:

Lot 1: Personal computers (desktops, laptops, tablets)

Lot 2: Servers and storage solutions

Lot 3: Networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)

Lot 4: Peripheral devices (printers, scanners, projectors)

Lot 5: Software and licenses

**Minimum and maximum number of economic operators to be selected:** The minimum number of economic operators to be selected for each lot is 5, and the maximum number is 10.

**Information about framework agreement:** This procurement is not related to a framework agreement.

**Information about electronic auction:** An electronic auction will be used for the award of individual contracts under the DPS.

**Information about dynamic purchasing system:** The DPS will be established for a period of 48 months and will be open to all economic operators who meet the selection criteria. The DPS will allow the contracting authority to award contracts to qualified suppliers without the need for a new procurement procedure for each individual contract. The DPS will be managed electronically, and suppliers will be able to submit their offers and participate in the procurement process through an electronic platform.

**Information about electronic communication:** Electronic communication will be used for the submission of tenders and for all communications related to the procurement process. Suppliers will be able to submit their tenders and participate in the procurement process through an electronic platform.

**Information about languages:** The official language of the procurement process is English. However, suppliers may submit their tenders in any official language of the European Union, and the contracting authority will provide translations of the tender documents in the official language of the supplier.

**Information about variants:** Variants will not be accepted.

**Information about the award of the contract:** The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender, based on the following criteria:

- Price (weighting: 60%)

- Technical merit (weighting: 30%)

- Quality of the services to be provided (weighting: 10%)

**Information about the review procedure:** The review procedure will be in accordance with the applicable EU public procurement rules.
