Johannes-Schule on 5- kuni 6-klassiline kool Frecheni linnaosa Königsdorfis. Kool on varustatud ühe väljakuga spordisaaliga, mis tuleb lammutada ehituslikel puudustel ja asendada uue kahe väljakuga spordisaaliga. Selle avaldusega otsitakse tellijaid, kes planeerivad uue spordisaali tehnilist ehitusvarustust. Lepe hõlmab alus- ja erilepinguid, mis on vastavalt § 55 HOAI etappidel 1-9, rühmas 410 / 420 / 430 / 440 / 450 / 480. Tegevuse osana tuleb koostöös teiste planeerijatega välja töötada funktsionaalne tegevuse kirjeldus, mille põhjal tuleb välja kuulutada üldkontraktor.

The contracting authority is the Johannes-Schule, a 5- to 6-track community primary school in the Frechener district of Königsdorf. The school has a single-court sports hall, which will be demolished due to structural defects and replaced by a new two-court sports hall. With this notice, a contractor is sought for the planning of the technical building equipment for the new sports hall. The contract includes basic and special services of the phases 1-9 according to § 55 HOAI in the groups 410 / 420 / 430 / 440 / 450 / 480. As a service component, a functional performance description must be developed - in cooperation with the other planners - on the basis of which a general contractor is to be tendered for the implementation of the construction measure.
