Upphandling on the procurement of a superior, manufacturer-independent operating system for central monitoring and management of the Purchaser's property portfolio. The system must collect, structure and present operational data, measurements, status, history and alarms from local control systems of different manufacturers and technical designs. The system must support central alarm management, follow-up, analysis and permission-controlled override. The solution must be provided as a cloud-based service and be able to communicate with the Purchaser's existing technical environment according to the procurement documents. The assignment includes implementation, connection of existing properties and local control systems, as well as ongoing provision of the service, including licenses, operation, support, maintenance and updates. The Purchaser must have full control over its data and the right to export it in open and generally accepted formats.
