TED notice subject is the construction of a sports complex in Juchnowiec Dolny, which includes: the construction of a club building with changing rooms and an auxiliary building, the reconstruction of a pitch with a natural grass surface and the construction of a pitch with an artificial grass surface, the construction of a recreational and leisure canopy, small architectural elements with land development, the construction of necessary technical infrastructure and the demolition of part of the existing external technical infrastructure, land development and part of the building devices and structures. The sports complex is designed on plots no. 76/1, 76/2, 77, 78, cadastral district 200205_2.0016 Juchnowiec Dolny, cadastral unit 200205_2, Białystok County, Podlaskie Voivodeship. On the investment site, there is technical infrastructure in the form of electrical, sanitary, water and telephone installations. Before starting the construction works, all elements colliding with the designed land development elements must be dismantled. Planned demolitions: • Demolition of the existing fence between plots 76/2 and 77 cadastral district Juchnowiec Dolny, • Demolition of fence fragments, • Demolition of concrete block surface, • Demolition of the club building, • Demolition of the steel structure canopy next to the club building, • Demolition of the concrete surface for basketball with equipment (2 basketball hoops). On the stadium area, it is planned to cut down trees that collide with the planned land development.
