Zamowlenie on the subject is the provision of postal services for 6 units of Częstochowa City Municipality in 2027. PKT SWZ: 4.1. Scope of the order: a) provision of postal services consisting of accepting, moving and delivering postal items in all weight categories; b) provision of complementary services for registered items; c) return of registered items after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery to addressees. 4.2. The following 6 units of the Municipality will be serviced: a) Częstochowa City Office (UM Częstochowy); b) Częstochowa District Labour Office (PUP Częstochowa and Koniecpol Municipal Labour Centre); c) Częstochowa Municipal Social Assistance Centre (MOPS); d) Częstochowa Municipal Roads Authority (MZD); e) Częstochowa Service Centre (CCŚ); f) Częstochowa Municipal Services Centre (CUK). 4.3. The premises of the units of Częstochowa City Municipality, mentioned in point 4.2., are located at the following addresses: a) Częstochowa City Office, ul. Śląska 11/13, 42-217 Częstochowa; b) Częstochowa District Labour Office, ul. Karola Szymanowskiego 15, 42-217 Częstochowa; c) Koniecpol Municipal Labour Centre, ul. Rzeczna 29, 42-230 Koniecpol; d) Częstochowa Municipal Social Assistance Centre, ul. Polskiej Organizacji Wojskowej 2, 42-217 Częstochowa; e) Częstochowa Municipal Roads Authority, ul. Legionów 52, 42-202 Częstochowa; f) Częstochowa Service Centre, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 15, 42-217 Częstochowa; g) Częstochowa Municipal Services Centre, Aleja Wolności 30, 42- 217 Częstochowa. 4.4. The estimated quantity and type of correspondence that will be sent from the above units of the Municipality from 1 January to 31 December 2027: a) registered items sent within Częstochowa (local) up to 500 g, including express items – 292,000 items; b) registered items sent outside Częstochowa (non-local) up to 500 g, including express items – 116,792 items; c) non-registered items sent within Częstochowa (local) up to 500 g, including express items – 39,420 items; d) non-registered items sent outside Częstochowa (non-local) up to 500 g, including express items – 11,170 items; e) confirmation of receipt of an item sent within Częstochowa (local), including confirmation of receipt for express items – 266,350 items; f) confirmation of receipt of an item sent outside Częstochowa (non-local), including confirmation of receipt for express items – 109,242 items; g) registered international items up to 50 g to Europe – 1,230 items; h) unaddressed prints within Częstochowa up to 20 g – as needed; i) domestic and international courier items – as needed; j) postal parcels – as needed; k) return of registered Format S items up to 500g after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery to addressees – without ZPO – as needed; l) return of registered Format S items up to 500g after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery to addressees – with ZPO – as needed.
