Objekt on the framework agreement is the supply of individual combat rations (without mineral water and compressed air for water disinfection), necessary for the feeding of military personnel from the Air Force Headquarters in special situations, in accordance with the feeding norms. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 3 years, with a maximum quantity of 150,000 rations. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is annual (one subsequent contract per year). The dates proposed in the estimated calendar represent the intention of the contracting authority, not a firm commitment by the contracting authority regarding the award of subsequent contracts, based on the assumption that no unforeseen events/circumstances will occur that could not be taken into account at the time of the initiation of the award procedure, and that the necessary financial resources will be ensured. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
