An Coimisiún Pleanála korraldab hooldusteenuste pakkumiseks avatud tarjousvõistlust. Teenused hõlmavad mehaanilist ja elektrilist hooldust, turvalisust, puhastust, kantine/köögiteenust. Tarjousvõistluse raames korraldab lepingandja objektide vaatamisreisi. Objektide vaatamisreisi andmed leidakse RFT-dokumendi 2.20. jaos. Võistluse täielik nõudluste ulatus on kirjeldatud tarjousdokumentides. Tarjousvõistlustel osalemiseks peavad tarjajad end võistlusele registreerima, et saada juurdepääs tarjousdokumentidele, esitada ja saada vastuseid ning esitada tarjous.

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Facilities Management Services. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 4 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is EUR 10 000 000.00.

The Framework Agreement will cover the following services:

- Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance

- Security

- Cleaning

- Canteen/Catering

The Contracting Authority will be facilitating Site Visits. Details of Site Visits can be found in Section 2.20 of the RFT document.
