Zamowienie on the subject of the execution by the Contractor for the Purchaser of periodic control of hydrotechnical objects in the area of activity of the State Water Management Wody Polskie - Zarząd Zlewni w Stargardzie: 1) annual – in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 1 of the law of 7.07.1994 – Construction Law (j.t. Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 682, 553, 967, 1506, 1597, 1681, 1688, 1762, 1890, 1963, 2029) in the scope defined in § 68-72, taking into account the content of § 73-74 of the regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23.10.2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of control of maritime hydrotechnical structures (Dz. U. nr 206, poz. 1516). 2) five-year – in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law and in the scope defined in § 75-77 of the regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23 October 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of control of maritime hydrotechnical structures (Dz.U. Nr 206, poz. 1516)

The order consists of the following parts: 1. Part No. 1 – Nadzór Wodny Goleniów (annual controls) 2. Part No. 2 – Nadzór Wodny Pyrzyce (annual and five-year controls) 3. Part No. 3 – Nadzór Wodny Stargard (annual and five-year controls)
