See subject of the current open procedure is to determine the contractor for the design, construction and author's supervision for the construction of a building with warehouse-production functions and landscaping measures on the territory of the Industrial and Logistics Park - Burgas, in a land property with the identifier 07079.605.680 according to the Land Registry of Burgas, representing UPI XXI-680, plot 44 according to the plan PZ "Sever", Burgas.

The scope of the public procurement includes the following activities:

Activity 1 DESIGN - Development of an investment project in the phase of a technical investment project (TIP) for the object: Building with warehouse-production functions in a land property with the identifier 07079.605.680 according to the Land Registry of Burgas, representing UPI XXI-680, plot 44 according to the plan PZ "Sever", Burgas, improvement of the adjacent courtyard space and landscaping measures, in accordance with the Technical Assignment for Design.

Activity 2 CONSTRUCTION - Execution of the construction and installation works (CIM) envisaged in the investment project.

Activity 3 AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION - Exercise of author's supervision under the Construction Act during construction.

According to the current Detailed Development Plan (DDP), UPI XXI-680 is designated "for a production-warehouse base for industrial goods and services", with a free-standing development, with the following development indicators: Density up to 60% Kint up to 2.0 Height up to 3 floors/20 m. Landscaping min. 20%. The envisaged multifunctional building is to be designed and executed with a gross floor area of approximately 3100 m2. The category of the object is the fourth according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4, letter "v" of the Construction Act.

A detailed description of all envisaged activities is contained in the attached Technical Conditions and Specification and the Technical Assignment for Design, which are an integral part of the documentation for the current public procurement.
