Marché, mis on a complete mission of supervision, preceded by a DIAG mission for the rehabilitation works of the Central Pavilion of the Fondation Deutsch de la Meurthe at the CIUP. The mission also includes fire safety. The mission elements are described in detail in the CCTP. The required competencies for this consultation are: - Heritage architect; - Technical study offices: o Structure and wooden framework; o HVAC, thermal, STD, heat network; o Electricity low voltage-high voltage; o Acoustics; - Competence in terms of global cost (consideration of operation and maintenance in the design and implementation of the work at all stages of the studies); - PSH accessibility; - Environmental competence (low nuisance site, waste management, energy performance of buildings); - SSI competence; - Construction economist.
