De Werkvennootschap, a consortium of companies, is seeking to engage a financial advisor for the procurement and conclusion of Design, Build, Finance and Maintenance (DBFM) contracts for the “Totaalrenovatie Rupeltunnel” project and, optionally, the “Totaalrenovatie Waaslandtunnel” project. The financial advisor will provide support in the following areas:

1. Financial structuring and optimisation of the DBFM contracts

2. Assistance in the preparation of the financial model

3. Support in the negotiation process with potential contractors

4. Advice on risk allocation and management

5. Assistance in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation criteria

6. Support in the evaluation of tenders and contractor proposals

7. Advice on financing options and sources

8. Support in the negotiation of financing agreements

9. Assistance in the preparation of reports for the consortium and other stakeholders

10. Support in the monitoring and management of the financial aspects of the projects during the construction and operation phases.
