The European Commission, Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy, intends to conclude a framework agreement for the transport and treatment of leachate from landfills.

The framework agreement will cover the following services:

- Transport of leachate from landfills to treatment facilities

- Treatment of leachate to meet environmental standards

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 5,000,000 (excluding VAT).

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.

The most economically advantageous tender will be selected based on the following criteria:

- Price (weight: 60%)

- Technical merit (weight: 40%)
