Zamowlenie on the subject is the preparation of project documentation and the execution of construction works for the task, entitled "Dobudowa i rozbudowa budynku H celem zwiększenia dostępności i poprawy jakości opieki psychiatrycznej w Szpitalu Powiatowym w Chrzanowie". The subject of the order is described by: Attachment 11 - PFU document, contract template - Attachment 10 and this SWZ. State Treasury co-financing - Minister of Health until 31 December 2027 for the implementation of the investment program entitled: "Dobudowa i rozbudowa budynku H celem zwiększenia dostępności i poprawy jakości opieki psychiatrycznej w Szpitalu Powiatowym w Chrzanowie". The deadline for the completion of the entire subject of the Contract (which means the deadline for the completion of all works/activities falling within the scope of the subject of the Contract and the signing by the Parties of the final acceptance protocol and obtaining a permit for use): no later than 31.12.2027 (the date is indicated due to the need to complete and settle the Project as indicated in the SWZ).
