Kosiarzy 3, for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the framework agreement or until the amount indicated in the framework agreement is exhausted, whichever event occurs earlier. 2) The actual quantity of waste transferred for processing, including collection and transport, will result from the current needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority estimates the quantity of waste transferred for processing, including collection and transport, at 27 500 Mg, exclusively for the purposes of calculation and comparison of offers. The total value of orders awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will not exceed the amount of 11 381 944,45 zł netto (in words: eleven million three hundred eighty-one thousand nine hundred forty-four zł 45/100 netto), which gives the amount of 12 292 500,00 zł brutto. 3) The basis for the qualification of the Contractor to conclude the framework agreement will be the gross price of the offer indicated by the Contractor, with the reservation of Article XV, Section 5 of the Public Procurement Law (SWZ).
